Yoga & TRE with Maria Alfaro Workshop – 11/6!

There will be a  Yoga & TRE with Maria Alfaro with Parisa Forouhi on Sunday, 11/6/2011 from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

TRE is a gentle, simple and profound technique that facilitates the lengthening and relaxation of the Psoas muscle. This relaxation provides a very effective release of physical and emotional tension and stress. The TRE exercises work the legs, tiring them and creating a trembling response, which begins in the legs and often spreads throughout the body. This gentle shaking is actually the nervouse system’s way of discharging long-held tension. Helps to restore the body to wholeness!

Face Reading Workshop – 10/15!

There will be a Chinese Face reading workshop on Saturday, 10/15/2011 from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Topics covered in class 1 include: Water Traits, Facial Geomancy, Female and Male age markings on the face, Reading a persons Ears, Facial zones; how to tell if a person makes decisions based upon practicality, gut instinct or thinking about it logically.

Core Awareness with Liz Koch!

There will be a Core Awareness workshop on the weekend of 9/24 – 9/25 from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM with Liz Koch!

This weekend workshop is open to EVERY-BODY and offers a great way to learn through experience how your Psoas muscle affects skeletal integrity, joint rotation, muscular tension, breathing, emotional expression, and organ functioning. A healthy Psoas facilitates healing, movement, fitness; reduces stress and is a vital step in resolving trauma.

Liz Koch is an international somatic educator, and creator of Core Awareness focusing on awareness for developing human potential.
