SPRING IS IN THE AIR!

“It’s spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you’ve got it, you want – oh, you don’t quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!” ~Mark Twain

Spring is a time for new beginnings. It is a time when flowers bloom and kittens are born. Do YOU wanted a fresh start? Are you looking for change? If so, Morning Crane is the place to be.

LOVE YOURSELF! XOXO

LOVE YOURSELF! XOXO

Generated on February 14, 2012

Whether you are in a relationship or you are single, loving yourself is the core to well-being, joy, and self-empowerment.  Self love grants you the ability to manifest your dreams.  Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you have.  Do something nice for yourself on V-Day! (Here comes the plug) Treat yourself to a Morning Crane Massage or try our Strengthen & Lengthen Pilates Mat Class!?!

With a healed heart comes a healed world.  “I have found the paradox, that if you love until it hurts, there can be no more hurt, only more love.” -Mother Teresa

Tips for self love:

Exercise: Proper exercise is critical for good health and healing.

Eat right: Food is to the body as fuel is to a car. To be well, we must fuel our bodies with the best.  Incorporation anti-inflammatory foods are beneficial.  These foods include wheat-grass, omega rich foods like flax oil and salmon, ginger, garlic, onions, and green leafy veggie.  Choose organic foods and avoid trans-fats, refined and processed foods.

Meditate:  Learning to give ourselves time each day to relax and reflect can have profound benefits for self-healing and stress management.

Enough Sleep:  A good nights sleep is critical to our well-being. When we are sleeping our body repairs and replenishes.  Everybody has different sleep requirements.  The goal is to wake up feeling rested.

Success

“Success is not the key to happiness.  Happiness is the key to success.  If you love what you are doing you will be successful.” -Buddha

Soulmate Secret Newsletter #133, December 13, 2011

I believe that sometimes the worst thing that happens to us ultimately leads to the best thing. C&P

When you are in the middle of a crisis it’s hard to find the “silver lining” but it’s been my experience that this is when you MOST need to trust that you live in a friendly Universe and something great is on the way.

In April 2010, Parisa, 30, was coming out of a cold depressing, difficult winter, recovering from a break-up that had left her feeling confused about the world.

At that time she was learning Qigong and reading all types of self-help and positive thinking books, including The Soulmate Secret.

“I bought the book and did all the practices, including creating a Treasure Map,” she explained to me.

She began to wonder, “What do I want to create for myself?  How do I want my life to manifest?”   Working in a Pilates studio, Parisa began to dream of having her own business….and then in June she was unexpectedly fired! Here’s her story:

“I took a pro-active approach, I called everyone I knew trying to find a place to do my practice. I remembered that one of my clients had given me the card of a Qigong healer who had helped heal a long time shoulder injury in two treatments. This client alluded that the Qigong healer, Chris, and myself would make a nice couple.

However, I nixed it right away because he had four children and did Cage Fighting, two activities that interfered with my life as a single young professional woman.  Anyway, as I was searching for a space I called him and left a message.  He called back and gave some times he was available for the following week.  Monday, July 5, 6pm was the only time that worked for both of us.

July 5, 2010 was a lovely day with myself.  I slept in, went on a bike ride, then went swimming, and got ready to meet what turned out to be the love of my life.  I walked into the lobby, he walked out of his office, sparks went flying, and the rest is history.

We instantly hit it off.  He showed me the space for my soon-to-be Center.  Then he offered to go to dinner.  We walked to a local restaurant talking the entire way.  It was magical!  At 4:00am we were back at his house and he told me:

“Look I’ve been waiting for you. I have the right side of my closet empty just for you.

And I said,

“Get right out of town. I have the left side of my closet empty just for you!”

They went into business together and completely renovated the new Center.  They battled with his ex-wife and with her parents.  So, the past year had been intense.  In the end none of it mattered because they knew they were soulmates destined to be together forever.

They married on 11/11/11 and they couldn’t be happier and I couldn’t be happier for them.  I’m proud of Parisa for focusing her attention and intention on using The Soulmate Secret processes to manifest the love of her life and simultaneously manifesting a new business.  Well done!

Wishing you love, laughter and magical kisses,

Arielle
