Core Awareness with Liz Koch!

There will be a Core Awareness workshop on the weekend of 9/24 – 9/25 from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM with Liz Koch!

This weekend workshop is open to EVERY-BODY and offers a great way to learn through experience how your Psoas muscle affects skeletal integrity, joint rotation, muscular tension, breathing, emotional expression, and organ functioning. A healthy Psoas facilitates healing, movement, fitness; reduces stress and is a vital step in resolving trauma.

Liz Koch is an international somatic educator, and creator of Core Awareness focusing on awareness for developing human potential.
