I have only had the massage from Lindsay so far and I am very happy with her relaxing massage. I also take the Qigong classes with Chris Shelton and love the improvement I have seen so far with my mind and body.

I love that a 20-minute session of Gu Sha (Chinese massage) with Chris caused immediate relief of pain I'd been dealing with for three months. I was able to decrease my Lyrica (nerve pain medication) dosage by 50% that night and within three weeks weaned myself off those terrible, expensive, fog-inducing drugs. I am now Lyrica-free and can actually think clearly and smile BIG. Thank you, Chris!

Since I've been practicing Qigong that I learned thru classes at Morning Crane, I've become more healthy. I continue to see Chris for medical qigong because I think it helps me stay healthy. It works!

Wonderful Parisa. Also, the convenience of classes being held at our 1879 Senter Road office. The variety of classes offered is nice.
