You will learn the basic Tai Chi form or the Lao Jia form, which is the oldest form of traditional Tai Chi. The goal of this class is to give you enhanced health and vitality. Tai Chi is a moving form of Qigong but is much more complex than Qigong. When you hear people practicing Tai Chi, the common thought is "that's what old people do in the park". But when you come in, you'll see that it actually presents a bit of a challenge so be ready to work hard.
